The Mandalorian: Robert Rodriguez

The Mandalorian: Robert Rodriguez And Peyton Reed Among S2 Directors Review

If you're a director with a big, Star Wars-focused announcement to make, there are few better days than May the fourth. Which explains why both Robert Rodriguez and Ant-Man And The Wasp's Peyton Reed took to Twitter to announce that they'll be among the filmmakers credit with an episode (or episodes) on Season 2 of The Mandalorian.
Reed was the more playful, tweeting a picture of Din Djarin's (Pedro Pascal) armoured helmet sitting on Reed's director's chair.
Rodriguez, meanwhile, YesMovies was more open, posting an image of himself posing with "the biggest star in the universe", AKA Baby Yoda.

Production wrapped in March before the big Coronavirus shutdown, so the series should be on Disney+ later this year.
